More Music is a community music education charity with a reputation for outstanding work locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
After 25 years our founder and current Chief Executive and Artistic Director, Pete Moser, will be leaving us with a superb legacy and reputation.
Following an organisational restructure we are now seeking a new Artistic Director who will be the lead person for our organisation. The role of Chief Executive will be a shared responsibility across our Leadership Team.

You will be a dynamic, inspirational and creative leader who can articulate our vision internally and externally.
You may already be leading an organisation, or looking to make this next step. You will be well networked with a proven track record and credibility in your field.
You will have experience of being a creative producer, programmer or practitioner and able to inspire, lead and mentor our team of creative practitioners.
In addition to your creative experience you will be a confident advocate and communicator, acting as the main champion for our organisation, maintaining, forging and fostering strong and successful relationships with funders and stakeholders and internally with staff.
Working closely with our Director of Finance and Operations and Director of Communities and Engagement, you will make a significant contribution to our business planning, effective operation and people management.
You will contribute to ensuring we remain responsive and flexible to a rapidly changing cultural and funding environment, helping secure future resources and opportunities from a variety of sources and ensure our future resilience.
